Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Body mass index between 20-25 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic diseases, shift or night work in the last 6 weeks, sleep disorders, smoking, drug intake (except contraceptives), known allergy against components of the vaccine, pregnancy/breastfeeding.

| - Acute inflammatory response in the first two nights after vaccination. We will measure cytokines, CRP, liver enzymes, fibrinogen, differential blood count and hormones in blood via standard laboratory assays. Measurements take place at 22:00, 2:00 and 6:00 h in the 2 nights after vaccination - Yellow fever specific T and B cell response (measured via FACS and by antibody titres in serum), viremia in the weeks 1, 2, 4, 12 and 52 after vaccination - Influence of the vaccination on sleep (measured by polysomnography) in the first two nights after vaccination | — |

| - Influence of the vaccination on declarative memory (classical game "pairs" as computer version; lerning takes place at 22:00 h in the evening after vaccination; memory recall takes place at 22:00 h one day later). - Influence of the vaccination on mood (mesured by the questionnaires MDBF and PANAS), sickness behavior (measured with the questionnaire SicknessQ) and fatigue (measured by the BFI questionnaire). The questionnaires are giben at 22:00 in the evening after vaccination as well as at 7:00 and 22:00 h on the two first days after vaccination and 1, 2, 4, 12 and 52 weeks later. | — |
