Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI between 35 to 50, Age between 18 to 70 years, Type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe ongoing psychatric disorders, alcoholism or substance abuse; previous bariatric procedures; contraindications for Roux-Y gastric bypass
