Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: treatment at ICU with infection (clinical suspected or with microbiological cultures) continuous application of vancomycin Age not less than 18 between 2009 and 2016

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI < 18.5 kg/m2
