Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) regional and whole body composition (bioelectrical impedance analysis: fat mass, lean mass, body water) before, in the middle, at the end and up to 3 months after fasting 2) resting metabolic rate (indirect calorimetry) and sympathetic nervous system activity (24 h - ECG) before, in the middle, at the end and after fasting 3) stress, hunger, mood and their hormonal regulations (VAS, questionnaires, blood Analysis: Insuline, Adiponectine, Leptine, Irisine, acylated Ghrelin, GLP-1, PYY, CKK; Urine: cortisol, normetanephrine, metanephrine, total N, Urea, 3-methyl-histidine are measured before, during, at the end and up to 3 months after fasting 4) inflammatory and oxidative stress markers (blood Analysis) are measured before, during, at the end and up to 3 months after fasting 5) intestinal microbiota and marker of the intestinal permeability before, during and up to 3 months after fasting 6) physical activity before, during and after fasting (accelerometry) 7) breath test before, during and after fasting to evaluate fatty acid oxidation
