Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants: - Parkinson's disease diagnosis - Age 50-90 - Functional mobility exists - Written consent for study participation partner - Age 18 - 65 - voluntary participation in the courses - Written consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants: - Strong cognitive limitations that would not allow independently and completing the questionnaire - Strong limitation of mobility partner: - Serious physical or mental illness - Restricted mobility

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
The outcomes will be collected at three time points (As a part of the first course T0, T1 after 5 courses T1 and in the tenth lesson T2) by questionnaire (self-evaluation of the patient and the observation from his partner). Standardised questionnaire - modules for quality of life (introspection): - Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-8 (PDQ-8) - Life satisfaction (BMLSS) - Internal congruence and harmony with the exercises (ICPH) - Inner Light / social contacts; Standardised questionnaire - modules for quality of life (Partner observation): - Daily impairment of the partner by symptoms (VAS) - physical fitness/capacity of the partner in everyday life (VAS) - Satisfaction with the partner relationship (VAS)
