Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Possession of a pedelec/bicycle during the study period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -orthopaedic, cardiological or other condition which result in acute health risk when unsupervised physical exercise is performed -no access to a computer or smartphone with internet connection (necessary for data Transfer)

| Difference in success rate of pedelec and bicycle buyers who reach the WHO recommendation for physical activity (150min moderate or 75min intensive activity per week). Data collection for the primary endpoint will be conducted 8 weeks after enrollment. Time spent in the heart rate zone recommended by WHO will be measured during 4 weeks. | — |
