Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Agreement with participation in clinical trail, in case of minority agreement of both parents/ legal guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: immonusuppressive medications, leukemia

1.) the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps is altered in septic patients compared to healthy volunteers, 2.) the formation can be further modified following stimulation and 3.) the activity of nucleases differs.
