Group 1: Patients reffered to the Sleep Lab of the University General Hospital of Alexandroupolis with symptoms suggestive of obstructive sleep apnea but are not diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with symptoms that can be attributed to OSAHS without polysomnographic evidence of the syndrome. OR 2. Patient polysonographically diagnosed with OSAHS that requires treatment with CPAP, oral devices or surgery but refuses any intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years 2. Refusal to participate in the study
