Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence (> 1 g and < 200 g urine loss / 1-hour pad- test (ICS)) normal operative and postoperative course time interval to surgery less than four weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria continence after prostatectomy reduced physical capacity due to relevant comorbidities no patient consent incomplete data pelvic floor exercises prior to surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Incontinence: 1h (ICS) and 24h Pad-Test (objectiv) 1h pad test is performed in the time 7:30 to 8:30 The measurement points are on 3 ( baseline ) and 18 day (measurement point 2 ). Period of 21 days.

quality of life: FACT-P questionnaire The measurement points are on 3 ( baseline ) and 18 day (measurement point 2). Period of 21 days.
