Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Manifest breast-, colon- or other cancer in all stages - Cancer is treated according to medical guidelines conventionally (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy) - written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Terminals disease with restricted mobility - Cachexia (BMI <20kg / m2) - Several hours of daily participation is not possible for the patient (physically or mentally)

Exploratory outcome measures: At the beginning, after the day care program at 3 months and follow-up after 6 months with following study endpoints (with ANOVA / ANCOVA): Quality of life (FACT-B / -C / -G / WHO-5) Fatigue (FACIT-F) Anxiety and depression (HADS). Mood (POMS)
