Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were the existence of a mental disorder mentioned in the above section ("Untersuchte Krankheit/ Gesundheitsproblem"), no cognitive deficits and sufficient German laguage skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, active alcohol or substantial abuse, linguistic and cognitive limitations (for example dementia)
