Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • able to understand and to sign the informed consent • living in Vorpommern/Greifswald

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of cardiovascular events (myocardial infarction, coronary intervention, and stroke), diabetes mellitus, multi-resistant pathogens, and obesity = grade II (body mass index = 35kg/m²).
