Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria was the status of a manager / executive working at in first or second hierarchy and senior management level. During the screening process all subjects were examined medically to be certificated as physically fit and attested no health concerns prior to performance tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No manager status, underage, enterprises with less than 850 employees.

MeasureTime frame
Retrospective analysus without an intervention, follow-up or control group; only 1 group: Subproject 1: Cross-sectional analysis about medical data, physical performance, cardiovascular risk score,self-perceived health status and life quality as well as involvement in sports among managers.

Secondary

Retrospective analysus without an intervention, follow-up or control group; only 1 group: Subproject 2: Correlation between objectively measured and subjective, self-perceived life quality, health and fitness status of 54 (of the basic 110) managers.
