Patients who were treated orthodonticallly (with or without orthognathic surgery) and who were initially diagnosed with all different types of malocclusion

Group 1: Cross-sectional study
only 1 arm.
All patients fill out a questionnaire at the end of their orthodontic treatment. The COHIP will be used for all patients who are 11-15 years old and the OHIP will be used for all patients

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - orthodontically treated patients from the age of 11 years upwards - patients who finished active orthodontic treatment - patients with informed consent (if necessary, informed consent of both parents)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - patients with severe medical disorders and/or immunosuppression - patients who do not fully understand the questionnaire because of mental or intelectual deficiencies
