Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age: 20-55 years - give written consent - shoe size: 36-45

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - overstrained using the pedoped-insole system - fractures of upper or lower extremities - pain - obesity (BMI > 30)

loads on the lower limb in Newton: Test persons were measured at four different times: T0: Baseline: walking with partial weight bearing without Feedback. T1: walking with partial weight bearing, intervention group with feedback, control group without feedback. T2: walking with partial weight bearing without feedback. Intervention group achieved training with feedback before analysis. T3: walking with partial weight bearing without feedback one week later. Loads in newton were measured using the insole System of Novel, Munich.
