Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
establishment of a simple and safe intervention protocol for the MR guided pararectal freehand biopsy of prostate lesions in a 3.0 Tesla high field MRT

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of sensitivity and specifity of diagnostic MRI using surface coil vs. endorectal coil. The result of MR-guided biopsy is used as gold standard.
