Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - indication for a bariatric procedure confirmed according to present german Guidelines (S3-Leitlinie "Chirurgie der Adipositas") - necessity to fullfil a conservative treatment in advance for at least 6 month to get the assumption of costs - availability of an E-Mail account - signed informend consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - no conservative treatment over 6 month in advance necessary (e.g. Primary indication) - german language skills inadequate - no E-Mail account available - informed consent not signed
