Inclusion criteria: medical students in their 7th-10th semester of medical school

Exclusion criteria: participation in the pilot of this course

Ability to counsel a patient (as evaluated in an recorded interview with a simulated patient), evaluated at baseline, several days after intervention and 6 months later

Knowledge concerning conflicts of interest and communication of risks in a mc-exam, change in behavior in situational judgement tests and change in attitudes in a questionnaire regarding attitudes; each evaluated at baseline, several days after intervention and 6 months later
