Inclusion criteria: according to diagnoses listed above (section "Health Condition or Problem studied")

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bipolar disorder, major depression serve, acute risk of suicide F10-F19 F20-F29 F70-F79 F80-F89 low German and/or computer skills Age 65 No Smartphone
