20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: male, between 20 and 50 years, at least three years of training an competition experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30, cardiological symptoms, injuries or diseases with need of medication, hormone diseases (diabetes etc.)
