20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, between 20 and 50 years, at least three years of training an competition experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30, cardiological symptoms, injuries or diseases with need of medication, hormone diseases (diabetes etc.)

MeasureTime frame
DNA damage, measured with FADU assay ((Fluorimetric Analysis of Alkaline DNA Unwinding)) at the beginning and after ten days training period. Last measurement will be four days after training.
