Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: recognised occupational diseases (lung and respiratory diseases: BK 4101,BK 4103, BK 4111, BK 4301, BK 4302, BK 1315)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - none of the recognised occupational diseases - (occupational) oncological diseases in the last 2 years - pronounced limitations of the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system - cognitive deficits, language misunderstandings - physically active persons (if regularly at least two times a week for at least 30 min)
