Group 1: Children and adolescents who are planned to undergo an allogenic stem cell transplantation are followed up prospectively with the multiple breath washout to assess lung function.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age > 6 years, allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation < 18 years of age done/planned, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 6 years, lack of informed consent, lack of understanding for the study, previous pulmonary disease
