Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are living at home or in an assisted living home. 2. The patients have suffered a fall during the last year or feel uncertain while walking and/or have a fear of falling. 3. The patients report a deterioration of their gait and/or a deterioration of the stability in the last year. 4. The patients are temporarily or continuously in need of help with at least one of the following daily activities: a. activities of physical self-care for example the daily hygiene, dressing or the movement in the flat incl. climbing stairs. b. household activities such as preparing meals, go shopping, keeping the home and laundry in order. c. Leisure activities or minor maintanance of the flat or garden. 5. Basically the presence and the need of care or nursing care are no reason for exclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People living in a nursing home permanently. 2. Patients which have an unstable medical condition or are terminally ill. 3. People, which are not able to stand or can go fewer than 3 meters even with a walking aid. 4. Patients with mild or severe mental diseases.
