Group 1: Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (Before the cut - and after the Sternum suture) 2 ml EDTA blood for SNP determination

45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: beta blocker / sinus rhythm / normal EF / Aortocoronary Bypass operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Valve abnormalities / atrial fibrillation / IABP or ECMO support

diastolic dysfunction assessment through TEE (transesophageal echocardiography), before the Skin cut and after the Sternum closure.	—
