Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: beta blocker / sinus rhythm / normal EF / Aortocoronary Bypass operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Valve abnormalities / atrial fibrillation / IABP or ECMO support

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
diastolic dysfunction assessment through TEE (transesophageal echocardiography), before the Skin cut and after the Sternum closure.

MeasureTime frame
acute atrial fibrillation (within 1 week) / morbidity / mortality
