Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 65-year old patients with focal articular cartilage defects outerbridge grade III-IV located on femur condyles, trochlea and patella with a defect size >2x2cm, that have been treated with BioSeed-C in the Freiburg University Hospital between 2001 and 2003
