Inclusion criteria: Ability to agree to the study Kidney tumor with probability of organ sparing resection

Exclusion criteria: under full age Incapability of consent

The validity of the SIB-Margin-Score is tested by histopathological criteria (thickness of parents layer on pseudo capsula)	—
