Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • patients with histologically confirmed rectal Ca <16 cm from the dentate line with mesorectal excision. • ulcerative colitis patients with proctocolectomy and IPAA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • previous surgery in the pelvis as cystoprostatectomy
