Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients planned for elective gynekological operations in general anesthesia and airway management with laryngeal mask
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient refusal, age III, pregnancy, a known or predicted respiratory disease, oropharyngeal or facial pathology, and risk of aspiration, BMI>35 kg/m², Rrestrictive pulmonary disease, severe neurological disease
