Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy volunteers, BMI >18,5 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smokers, pregnant and lactating women, chronic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 diabetes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary aim of the study is the cold induced energy expenditure (measured by indirect calorimetry) and the expression of "browning" biomarkers in white adipose tissue (fat biopsy) and possible correlations with the FTO-locus

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary aim of the study are circulating "browning" bio markers and the composition of the microbiome.
