Group 1: Interviews with active participants and former participants of ambulatory heart sport groups and trainers and supervisory doctors.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prescription for participation in an ambulant heart sports group and/or registration in a register of an ambulant heart sports group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neglecting of Participation, lack of cognitive skills or lack of german skills to participate in an interview.
