Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| A skin microbiome can be transferred from a healthy subject to another person. The transferred skin microbiome establishes itself on the recipients and is stable there in its composition over several weeks. The skin microbiome of subjects is determined prior to transfer, and then it is meassured at regular intervals by next generation sequencing. Our primary target is the correlation distance of the original microbiome of the recipient with respect to the applied microbiome. Our goal is that the distance between measured and applied skin microbiome is as low as possible over several weeks. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Application of new microbiome on the skin of healthy subjects doesn't cause any irritation or other safety issues. Skin of subjects is observed for redness, irritation and other adverse events. | — |
