Inclusion criteria: Patients with intrathoracic defects, which were covered by flap surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of sufficient defect coverage, complication rate, isolated pathogens and time of hospital stay after flap coverage by retrospective patient's chart review 4 months - 10 years postoperatively

MeasureTime frame
Development of an algorithm for flap selection according to previous scars/surgeries, positiong of the patient during the operation and localisation of the intrathoracic defect
