Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25 to 45 years of age and with a routine of cardio-vascular exercise for 2 – 10 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suffered from any kind of chronic or acute illness or pain, acute or chronic disorders to the musculoskeletal system and more than 10 hours exercise per weeks.
