Group 1: Individual osteopathic treatment (OMT) a 30 min, 10x within 12 weeks. Group 2: General osteopathic treatment (GOT) a 30 min, 10x within 12 weeks. Group 3: no treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 - 65 yeras of age, medically diagnosed by their General Practitioner with fibromyalgia by fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), average pain measured by VAS >4 within the last three months
