Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimum age of 7 years 2. Patients who were qualified by a standardized online and call center questionnaire as severe, uncontrolled asthmatics 3. Medical diagnosis of uncontrolled Asthma (GINA step 4 or 5) by the site physician 4. Patient's written informed consent given. For minors IC must be given also by parents/legal representative

Gain of epidemiological data of asthmatics and data collection concerning their immunological status (perennial and seasonal aero-allergens) with an extended ImmunoCAP test.
