Group 1: Interventiongroup: In addition to a treatment as usual of a psychosomatic inclinic, participants receive 6 sessions of a cognitive-behavioral sleep intervention with hypnotherapeutic elements

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: no pension request, positive screening concerning insomnia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: shift work, sleep apnae, organic insomnia, obstructive sleep apnae syndrome (OSAS) other sleep disorders as main diagnosis

| Reduction of insomnia symptoms, reflecting in sleep onset latency, night wakings, early wakening, and daytime impairments. Main symptoms of insomnia are assessed via sleep diary and actigraphy on 3 measuring times: 1. Before Training, 2. After Training, 3. Catamensis (3-Month-follow-up). Additionally, daytime impairments will be assessed with the self-report questionnaire Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS). | — |

| Secondary outcome is the enhancement of sleep quality. This will also be assessed with the questionnaire Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) at each of the 3 measruing times mentioned above. The global score of this instruments provides informations about participants sleep quality. | — |
