Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coxarthrosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurologic disorders, cardiovascular disorders affecting ambulation, sensomotoric disorders, previous bony surgery of the affected joint and allergic reaction to the implant

MeasureTime frame
Harris Hip Score: pre-operative, post-operative, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months post-op Extension: 60 months post-op.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
further clinical scores: VAS und SF-36: post-operativ und 3, 6, 12, 24 months post-operative. Laboratory parameters: Hb, Hkt, Myoglobin, Gesamt-CK, CK-MB and CRP: 6h, 2d and 10d post-operativ. Implantmigration as determined by RSA: directly post-operative, 3, 6, 12, 24 months post-operative. Extension: 60 months post-operative. Gait parameters: 3D joint angles, step length, cadence: pre operative, directly post-operative, 3, 6, 12, 24 months post-operative
