Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: competent men and women aged 18-50 years; BMI range between 18,5-29,9 kg/m²; Ability and willingness of study participants to follow study leaders instructions (Compliance to study procedure, intake of study products according to intake recommendations, etc.), written consent after information about study contents, procedure and risks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergies regarding study product contents; intake of dietary supplements and / or drugs containing calcium or / and magnesium during study phase; severe chronic illness (Diabetes mellitus Typ I, kidney diseases, liver diseases, manifested coronary diseases, cancer); coagulation dysfunctions as well as intake of anticoagulating drugs e.g. Marcumar (exeptional case: ASS); chronic gastrointestinal diseases (colitis ulcerosa, morbus crohn, pancreas insufficiency); regularly intake of laxative medicines; pregnancy or lactation; addiction to alcohol and/or drugs; missing consent or refusing / reset of the consent; participation in another clinical study at the same time or within past 30 days; planned surgery within the next 3 month
