Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adult patients with a single implant crown, which insert date is at least one year befor control date - Implant therapy has been done in clinic for prosthodontics in Dresden or in Edel und Weiss clinic in Bassersdor Zurich - Patients with at least one implant crown and a mucositis - acceptance to take part at the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy (For patients who may be pregnant can be done a test) - use of antibiotics - use of medicaments with influence on gingiva - patients with implants inserted less than one year ago - exposed threads on implants

MeasureTime frame
Examination 12 weeks after baseline examination. clinical examination is performed with evaluating clinical parameters of: MGI (Modified Gingival Index), BOP (Bleeding on Probing), PI (Plaque Index), CAL (clinical attachment level), PPD (probing pocket depth). The Parameters are evaluated with inspection and paradontal probe without penetration of soft tissue.
