Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sample 1: Directors of nursing homes in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg who are willing to participate in the survey. sample 2: nurses from nursing homes in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg with all possible qualifications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sample 1: Directors of short-term and day care facilities and hospices in the state of Baden-Wurttemberg. sample 2: Nurses in short-term and day care facilities and hospices without sufficient knowledge of German and reading skills, not willing to participate in the survey.
