Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic carcinoma, = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastasized pancreatic carcinoma other than lymph node metastases, parenteral nutrition, secondary tumor, active chronic gastrointestinal disease, stop of the complementary nutrition for more than 3 days, cardial or renal diseases as a contraindication for the enteral complementary nutrition.

MeasureTime frame
Morbidity 12 weeks postoperatively, graded according to the Clavien-Dindo classification
