Group 1: autologous blood pleurodesis: Removal of 100 ml of patients blood, which is applied via the inserted thoracic tubes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: persistent air leak after the 5th postoperative day after lung resection, no acute infection, no pleural empyema, HB>10 mg/dl, positive informed consent, no bronchus stump insufficiency, no pleuralcarcinomatosa
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rejection by the patient, HB <10mg/dl, acute infection, bronchus stump insufficiency, acute pleural empyema
