Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • PD according to United Kingdom Brain Bank Criteria • PD-MCI according to international research criteria (Litvan, Goldman et al. 2012) • Disease duration = 3 years • Stable medication 4 weeks prior to pretest • Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Severe comorbidity with influence on medication or life expectancy or quality of life during the study (i.e. malignant disease with life expectancy < 6 months) • Depression (BDI-II, exclusion beginning with moderate symptoms: cut off =20) • Acute suicidality, ascertained anamnestically • Marked daytime sleepiness, ascertained anamnestically • Impuls controll disorder or dopamine dysregulation syndrom, ascertained anamnestically • Acute psychosis (or psychotic episode 6 months prior to study inclusion) • Acute medication with cholinesterase inhibitors or memantine • Participation in another medication or training study within 2 months prior to study inclusion • Deep brain stimualtion • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
