Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students of class 6-10, voluntary basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no smartphone

MeasureTime frame
Screentime (self report in diary, whole period), physical activity and sleep duration (continuous tracking with fitness-tracker, whole period), executive functions (computer tests, four measurement periods) cortison and DHEA (hair samples, three measurement periods) BMI, blood pressure, heart rate (four measurement periods), PANAS (self rating, four measurement periods), teacher ratings ( four measuremente periods), performance in school (school report in february and in july) The four measurement periods take place one week before and one week after each of the two intervention periods.
