Inclusion criteria: Term newborn (> 37. gestational age) Healthy neonate without clinical and/or congenital complications Age: between 2nd and 5th days postnatal By the parents signed written informed consent Spontaneous delivery or Caesarean sectio

Exclusion criteria: Lack of written informed consent Preterm newborn (<37. gestational age) Clinical and/or congenital diseases Current pain therapy in the newborn and/or in the breast-feeding mother
