Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age between 18-70 years, both sexes • Capable consent within the meaning of the law

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months • Severe anemia, immunosuppression, coagulopathy • Severe psychiatric disorders, especially depression, psychosis, eating disorders, addictions • Severe acute or chronic infectious diseases • pregnancy • judgment of the physician to be unsuitable for the study • No health insurance
