Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: corrective surgery of tetralogy of Fallot between 1996 and 2006 at university hospital Kiel for the control group: corrective surgery between 1991 and 2000 in germany and registration in competence network congenital heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: absent pulmonary valve, pulmonary atresia, MAPCAS
