Inclusion criteria: Indications for tonsillectomy: chronic-hyperplastic Tonsillitis, chronic-recuttent tonsilltis, chronic tonsillitis, peri-/parapharyngeal abscess

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known disturbances of coagulation, bleeding disorders
