Exclusion criteria: Previous training in trauma medicine

| Operative performance by gender- and experience-dependent subgroup analyses, time-dependent performance, correlation with extracurricular activities and hobbies, subjective self-assessment as well as possible differences and bias between on-site and video ratings.
