Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with two or more active non-cavitated caries lesions of posterior teeth (4 distal to 7 mesial) with radiological extension around the enamel-dentin junction (E2 or D1). informed written concent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - participitation in another clinical study (also last 30 days) - institutionalized patients - incapable of contracting - pregnancy or lactation - missing formed consent
